the staff was particularly helpful, especially when i needed assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast was excellent i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of options available each morning.

great location best bedding awesome staff
The location was really great. the bedding was the best i have ever experienced. It was so soft! the staff was awesome, they could not do enough to help me. it was a very grateful experience.
I found the breakfast was not really good. It could have been improved a little more. i do think it is important to highlight areas for refinement. i hope it gets better.

an absolute gem of a find.
hotel history very nice knowledge really good service
the staff displayed such very nice knowledge about the hotel's history. bartosz, wictoria, and mateusz were especially helpful. iwona created unbelievably delicious omelets. marta, hania, and matt provided really good service at breakfast.
the climate control system lacked instructions. understanding operation was difficult, so clear, verbal guidance would be useful.

The staff demonstrated excellent english skills, and they always offered attentive help. kristoff, the head concierge, were very good. He supported my unique needs as a solo traveler. such thoughtful service enhanced the entire experience.
